Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to reschedule/cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please reschedule/cancel online within 24 hours of service. You are able to reschedule booked appointments 2x’s, after which you will forfeit your deposit and have to rebook. In the event that you are running late, know there is a 15min grace period. Anything after that will result in having to reschedule.
